Patriots team is outstanding! My home flooded while I was at work and they came out immediately to take care of everything for me. Everyone was very professional and worked hard on my home as if it was their own. I was walked through every step along the way and their communication was always on point. Would absolutely recommend their business to anyone who needs them.

We hired them due to a septic system backup. They were here working for approximately seven business days. We are very pleased with their service. They setup barriers to contain dust, etc to the working space. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to explain things and answer all of our questions. They always notified us when they were on their way to our house. They cleaned up the site at the end of each day. This has been our only experience using a restoration service. We would readily recommend them to others. We were totally satisfied

We had a great experience with Patriot Restoration. Joh came out and was able to quickly assess the situation and create an action plan. He coordinated with our insurance to make the process seamless. His co-worker Brenden came out and the next day and start remediating our water damage. He went above and beyond to make sure our issue was taken care of. Brenden was knowledgable, friendly, and cleaned up the workspace after so there was no mess. Would highly recommend.

Excellent mitigation services! This is the second time I’ve had water damage in my home. Jon, Max, and James were kind, professional, and fast workers. They are so compassionate towards my animals. They are so trustworthy, they work in my home when I’m not there. I would only use Patriot Restoration!! Also, Tammy, the dispatcher, is knowledgeable and caring, also!! They will do the best job, in a very overwhelming situation with water damage.

Patriot restoration went above and beyond for my family the night we discovered a water leak in our master bedroom ceiling. Within minutes the owner was at my home making sure he found the source to stop the water to limit more damage. The crew was sent over immediately the next morning, and Brendan Blackburn was in charge of our project. Everything Brendan and his team did for us, was done with quality and excellence. Brendan had very responsive and clear communication with every question I had. Brendan and his team showed up promptly on time everyday and worked so diligently and carefully. I even had groceries delivered and he stopped working to carry them inside. I would never use any other company for a need like such. They all worked with true integrity and professionalism.
